Get the care you deserve.
I completed my Bachelor of Applied Science in Child, Youth, and Family at the University of Guelph. During my undergraduate degree I completed my placement at SickKids where I learned that my purpose in life was to help others.
After being a client myself, I knew psychotherapy was the right fit for me. Then, I pursued my Masters of Counselling Psychology. I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
My Experience
I aim to help clients develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. I believe that the therapeutic bond between the client and the therapist is of upmost importance. I work to understand your needs and responses and to help you develop coping skills that can be applied outside of session.
I emphasize my client’s personal responsibility and their individual experience in the present moment. I aim to understand the environmental and social contexts of your life and the regulating adjustments you make in your life.
